Q. Can I use one of your designs and print it on my stuff at home?

A. Unfortunately doing anything like that would be considered copyright infringement and we would strongly advise against it.

Q. What method do you use to print your products?

A. We have a few different methods that we use depending on the product, but we always use the method that gives us the absolute best quality print.

Q. Can I tell you my idea for a design and you make it and add it to the shop?

A. That’s quite possible actually. If you have an idea for a design that fits our brand aesthetic contact us at admin@infamous.cv – If your design makes it into production you’ll receive a product with your design on it free of charge, and your name will be included in the item description.

Q. Are your products preshrunk or should I get a larger size?

A. Every item sold by Infamous Apparel has been preshrunk and is guaranteed to stay true to size.

Q. What is the quality of the fabric used in your products?

A. We actually use several different fabrics depending on what type of product you’re asking about, but let me assure you that we only ever use the highest quality fabrics, no matter if its cotton, polyester, spandex, birdseye, lace, or leather. Top quality is guaranteed.

Q. Are your tumblers insulated with Styrofoam or Cork?

A. That depends on which tumbler you have in mind, but if you take a look at the description on the item page it will specify what type of insulation is used.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. The average from when an order is placed until it is delivered is around 8 business days on the low end, and up to 15 business days on the high end. We do our best to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of your payment being received.

Q. Do you offer order protection or insurance?

A. Unfortunately we don’t currently offer any kind of insurance or order protection, if you feel like you need some type of protection for your order you will be able to purchase it from your shipping provider (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Etc)

Q. How much do you charge for shipping?

A. We charge a flat rate of $5 per item in the order, until the order total is over $50 and after that all shipping fees for that order are waived.
